Our client, a full-service construction partner with a variety of projects including ICI, civic & green buildings, is looking for a Construction Superintendent. You will oversee the entire construction process on site. You are responsible for creating and monitoring project momentum, scheduling, quality control, safety and delegating work to the project team and sub-contractors. You will be an essential part of the project team and a dynamic leader who can manage people just as effectively as construction activities. The Construction Superintendent reports directly to the General Superintendent.
