Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial, institutional, or large-scale residential construction.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory, QC, or Owner's Representative role.
• Deep understanding of construction means, methods, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Monitor the progress against the approved project schedule.
• Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports detailing site activities.
