Job summary

ROHL Global Networks Inc. is hiring full-time Labourers to support crews on a newly awarded multi-year contract in utility and telecommunications construction in Manitoba.

You will help with site support, material handling, and safety compliance, contributing to the efficient progress of projects. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, assisting operators, setting up traffic control, and maintaining a clean, organized site.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, utilities, telecommunications, or civil infrastructure is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment is an asset.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
• Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist operators with spotting, signaling, grading, site preparation and cleanup.
• Set up, adjust and remove traffic control devices according to plans and direct traffic when required.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in safety meetings and inspections.
• Work safely and professionally as part of the crew and maintain attendance.
