Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, specifications, and drawings.
  • Ability to read schedules and understand critical paths.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Perform material counts and coordinate ordering.
  • Review scopes of work and ensure accuracy against plans.
  • Conduct walk-throughs and prepare sites for next trades.
  • Coordinate with subtrades and internal teams.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving schedule conflicts.
  • Contribute to three-week lookahead schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quality-related reporting.
  • Participate in site meetings to support communication.
