We’re expanding our Sales Division and looking for a driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Construction Sales Associate who thrives on results and relationship building. This is a full-commission position with limitless earning potential, backed by one of the most reputable construction brands in the GTA.

Compensation Structure
  • Full Commission-Based Role — unlimited earning potential.
  • 3% commission on all projects closed (based on construction value, before tax) provided the project maintains a minimum 20% profit margin.
  • 4% enhanced commission on annual sales exceeding $6,000,000.
  • Commission payments are distributed at key project milestones (signing, start, substantial completion, and final review).
  • Company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop provided.
  • Average annual earning potential: $80,000–$200,000+, depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
  • Proactively respond to sales inquiries, schedule consultations, and meet with clients to assess project goals.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and scopes of work using company templates.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture long-term relationships, and convert opportunities into projects.
  • Conduct in-home assessments, explain construction processes, and guide clients through design and budgeting stages.
Networking & Growth
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, and real estate professionals to generate new business.
  • Contribute to marketing and growth strategies that expand PalmView’s reach in the GTA.
Project Support & Coordination
  • Work with estimators, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on budgets and timelines.
  • Track project progress and client satisfaction through to completion.
Reporting
  • Maintain client information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of residential construction experience (custom homes or renovations).
  • Proven sales or client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, from quoting to completion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and estimating tools (SketchUp, MagicPlan, etc.).
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your income through performance.
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, flexible hours
  • Occasional evenings and weekends for client meetings
