Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated safety culture experience and knowledge of health, safety, and environment principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and project support.
• Develop and implement the project safety plan and lead by example for safety practices.
• Ensure the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Provide value engineering proposals considering functionality, cost, and schedule.
• Manage project performance and provide status reports for safety, cost, and schedule.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitor progress.
