Job Description

• Set up and manage/maintain project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accountability for the project budget, costs, timelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other stakeholders.
• Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide them to produce deliverables according to specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering, construction management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach from start to finish.
• Flexibility to travel to sites occasionally.
• Site Ready BC certification.
