Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Precast Project Manager to lead and oversee precast concrete projects from initial planning through to final delivery and installation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of precast construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role also involves coordinating with engineering and drafting consultants to produce precise shop drawings and part tickets that align with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble proposals and bid packages.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of precast concrete projects including design, production, transportation, and installation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers, contractors, and production.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications and ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering and drafting consultants to create accurate and timely shop drawings and part tickets.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings as necessary to ensure project progress and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure product standards and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare project documentation including status reports, change orders, and closeout materials.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in a project management role.
  • Experience in Precast or Concrete (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and hardware lists.
  • Ability to work in an active production plant and construction sites (dirt/dust, noise, heavy machinery, heights, uneven grounds, etc.)
  • Fluent in English is a requirement.
