Qualifications

  • 2+ years of equivalent trade experience or project coordination experience in construction.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Help plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.
  • Assist in budget analysis and estimation of project changes.
  • Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships.
  • Prepare progress reports and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
