Full-time / On-Call rotation

Hourly $25-$28 Based on experience / certifications

What does a Construction / Mitigation Tech with Paul Davis Kingston do?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Damage Assessment
  • Inspect properties and items to assess the extent of damage.
  • Document findings, take photographs, and create detailed damage reports
Damage Mitigation
  • Take immediate actions to mitigate further damage, such as securing structures, removing water, or preventing mould growth.
  • Set up drying and dehumidification equipment as needed.
Cleaning and Restoration
  • Clean and sanitize damaged areas.
  • Remove and dispose of debris and damaged items.
Customer Service
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.

Qualifications (Requirements)
  • High school or equivalent required, knowledge of restoration techniques, tools and equipment preferred

  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
