Job summary

A leading construction company in Richmond Hill is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee onsite efforts for various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction management and supervisory roles within the Canadian building trade, particularly with restoration projects. Responsibilities include ensuring projects stay organized, under budget, and on schedule, while acting as the primary contact for multiple stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work on call.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction management experience - residential.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in the Canadian building construction trade.
• Prior experience with restoration (water / fire) projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise total onsite construction efforts to meet design and budget.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring organization and cost-accounting.
• Act as primary contact for clients, suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
