Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or site management for building projects.

• Experience with precast and DfMA technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager on project start-up and execution plan.
• Manage resource allocation and overall site operations throughout construction.
• Oversee procurement processes and timely delivery of materials and logistics.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and scheduling for timely completion.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project-related matters.
• Establish reporting and control procedures to optimize operations.
• Implement innovative construction methodologies and solutions.
