Job summary

Ontario Bar Association in Mississauga seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join our busy Construction and Infrastructure Law Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of construction or civil litigation experience, including arbitration and adjudication, with strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills.

You will manage files independently while contributing to a collaborative team and support leads with complex matters.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join our busy Construction and Infrastructure Law Group. Working closely with our practice leads, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of construction litigation or civil litigation experience, including arbitration and adjudication experience, with strong attention to detail, excellent advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills, ability to manage files independently while contributing to a team environment. The annual salary range for this role is: $150,000 – $165,000.
