Keller Developments is seeking motivated Construction Labourers to join our growing team on residential, commercial, and multi-residential projects in Brandon, Manitoba. Assist skilled trades on active sites while gaining hands-on experience across construction areas.

This role suits hardworking, safety-conscious individuals eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment. Training will be provided and competitive wages plus a benefits program are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience is an asset and training will be provided.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new construction skills up to 50lbs.
• Able to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespersons on residential and commercial construction sites.
• Support framing, drywall installation, and basic carpentry tasks under supervision.
• Measure, cut, carry, and prepare construction materials for installation.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Assist with installation of structural components such as walls, joists, and windows.
• Support concrete forming, pouring, and finishing activities as directed.
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized construction site by removing debris and storing materials properly.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Requirements

• Previous construction experience is considered an asset, but training will be provided
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new construction skills up to 50lbs.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints, or schematics is considered an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver?s license is considered an asset
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized worksite
