Job summary

BETO’S DRYWALL SOLUTIONS LTD in Calgary is seeking a Construction Labourer to join our team. This permanent, full-time role is based on-site in the Calgary area, with duties across multiple sites.

You will help load materials, assist in erecting platforms, cut and install drywall sheets, remove waste, and support other trades under supervisor direction. Secondary education and 1-2 years of construction experience are assets.

Qualifications

• Secondary education.
• One (1) to two (2) years direct construction experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction materials and move materials around work site.
• Assist in erecting and dismantling platforms required for construction site.
• Remove debris and other construction waste and tools and other equipment from construction site.
• Assist with other trades on site where required in construction activities.
• Take direction from the supervisor on site to help with the completion of each project.
• Mix, pour and spread materials.
• Assist in measuring, cutting, fitting and installing drywall sheets.
• Perform other activities at construction sites as required and directed.

BETO’S DRYWALL SOLUTIONS LTD is looking for one (1) Construction Labourer to join our Calgary team! This position is a permanent position and is in the English language. Work locations vary throughout Calgary area.

Job duties include:

• -Load and unload construction materials and move materials around work site
• -Assist in erecting and dismantling platforms required for construction site
• -Remove debris and other construction waste and tools and other equipment from construction site
• -Assist with other trades on site where required in construction activities
• -Take direction from the supervisor on site to help with the completion of each project
• -Mix, pour and spread materials
• -Assist in measuring, cutting, fitting and installing drywall sheets
• -Perform other activities at construction sites as required and directed

Compensation:

$26.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week with overtime paid at 1.5 times earnings on each pay interval

Education Requirements:

Experience Required:

One (1) to two (2) years direct construction experience is an asset
