Job summary

A construction services provider seeks a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator in Sudbury to ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will assist Project Managers with safety plans and conduct audits. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in safety within construction and a college diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. The position is a five-month contract with a rotational night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ safety experience in construction.
• Current or in progress of obtaining NCSO or CRSP designation.
• Flexibility to work long hours and out of town.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-shutdown activities and training.
• Conduct site audits and document findings.
• Develop and comply with safety plans and procedures.
