What You'll Do
  • Translate the company's vision into actionable, measurable goals across all projects and departments.
  • Build, improve, and standardize operational systems – including scheduling, project management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring clear roles, strong alignment, and shared ownership of results.
  • Oversee financial performance, tracking budgets, margins, and profitability to support sustainable growth.
  • Introduce and sustain EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks to strengthen focus and execution.
  • Uphold our values and reputation through professional, faith-centered leadership in client, partner, and trade relationships.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or construction management (residential experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing business systems and workflows to support growth.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution – turning ideas into results.
  • A leadership style grounded in humility, integrity, and accountability, with a heart for developing people.
