Overview

Doni`s sprayers and Power Washing Ltd. is looking for Construction Foreman at various locations in the Fraser Valley, BC. Address: 34192 Fraser Street, Abbotsford, BC, V2S1X7.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who use high pressure water equipment to perform cleaning of buildings and concrete and other building materials at construction sites, walks and driveways, and ensure these areas are kept free of debris.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or the manager.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Train or arrange for training of workers.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• Prepare production and other reports.
• May supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years or more as a team leader or supervisor in a construction site setting.
