The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in fleet management, particularly in construction, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fleet management, preferably in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Evidence of strong leadership and ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage fleet of vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
• Manage fuel usage and track expenses.
• Develop training programs for drivers.
• Monitor fleet performance and resource allocation.
