We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Construction Field Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion.If you have a passion for building, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing projects efficiently and safely, this is your chance to make an impact. This full-time, permanent position is based in Quispamsis, in the beautiful province of New Brunswick.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule employees, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites.
  • Supervise multiple crews while maintaining client satisfaction and safety compliance
  • Ensure projects meet building codes, permits, and quality standards
  • Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment while controlling costs
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project costs to maximize profitability
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
  • Support estimating and tender preparation
  • Enforce health and safety policies and maintain safe worksites
What We’re Looking For:
  • Hands‑On experience managing large‑scale residential and/or commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, permits, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Technical expertise in residential and commercial construction
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and cost controls
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, crews, and suppliers
  • Experience in contract management and client relationship development
  • Architectural / Structural & Building Engineering experience preferred
  • Red Seal Carpenter certification is an asset
  • Valid driver?s license and Clear Criminal Record
  • Experience using power tools and/or heavy equipment
