We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Construction Field Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion.If you have a passion for building, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing projects efficiently and safely, this is your chance to make an impact. This full-time, permanent position is based in Quispamsis, in the beautiful province of New Brunswick.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule employees, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites.
- Supervise multiple crews while maintaining client satisfaction and safety compliance
- Ensure projects meet building codes, permits, and quality standards
- Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment while controlling costs
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project costs to maximize profitability
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Support estimating and tender preparation
- Enforce health and safety policies and maintain safe worksites
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands‑On experience managing large‑scale residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, permits, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Technical expertise in residential and commercial construction
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and cost controls
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, crews, and suppliers
- Experience in contract management and client relationship development
- Architectural / Structural & Building Engineering experience preferred
- Red Seal Carpenter certification is an asset
- Valid driver?s license and Clear Criminal Record
- Experience using power tools and/or heavy equipment
