Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide diversified administrative support to our Construction Department in a fast-paced office environment
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and meeting minutes
  • Accounts Payable
  • Preparing bi-weekly payroll file
  • Assist in onboarding of new team members
  • Responsible for a variety of general office duties
  • Carry out special projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in an administrative or business‑related discipline is preferred
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
  • High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Autodesk, Yardi and internet usage
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional articulate manner
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow‑up
  • Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required for the position.
