As part of a dedicated, professional team, you will be providing services to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts
  • Participating in the organization and annual planning of pension administration work
  • Verifying work and ensuring progress follow-up
  • Training and supervising team resources
  • Supporting the team in executing special projects
  • Developing and monitoring the budget
  • Enhancing client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their requests, as well as those of participants and trustees
  • Proposing process improvements
  • Developing new business links, agreements with existing clients, and contributing to new markets with potential clients

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial sciences, or related fields
  • Exceptional team spirit
  • Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and resourcefulness
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
