Mener l'évaluation périodique de l'intégrité des actifs des systèmes d'alimentation au niveau du site en rapportant les résultats et les recommandations pour la résolution des problèmes au responsable mondial de l'alimentation et de la combustion et à la direction du site.

The Senior Electrical / HV Engineer - North America provides technical support in maintenance and engineering for power systems at Alcoa’s smelters. This position reports directly to the Regional Hub Director, North America.
Influence and leverage opportunities across all locations to establish Maintenance and Engineering standards and Best Practice for the consistent and stable operation of
electrical systems; low voltage and high voltage .
Build relationships that deliver the support and engagement of plant staff in executing Maintenance and Engineering objectives.
Establish, maintain and manage customer / supplier relationships with the plant management teams, technical personnel and all other outside support groups across Operations.
Provide expert Engineering and Maintenance input / analysis into Power Systems (HV) Asset performance, management and optimisation (strategies and roadmaps) at the Organisational and Site level.
Provide and deploy best practice reliability frameworks, measures, tools and systems to support optimising AM and performance across locations.
Deploy electrical Systems related training in support of sites
Leveraging of the available resources worldwide to rapidly solve problems and implement solutions.
Participate in the AM CoE Power Systems (HV) engineering and maintenance help chain to provide problem solving and troubleshooting service to locations.
Conduct the periodic evaluation of electrical Systems (High voltage and Low voltage) Asset Integrity at site level reporting results and recommendations for issue remediation to both the Global Power and Combustion Manager and Site Management.
Bachelor’s degree : Electrical Engineering.
Post Grad Degree : Master’s in engineering, Management or related area (highly desirable).
Min 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer / Practitioner.
Min 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering Leadership role.
Multi-location / Global experience in technical Reliability leadership role.
High level of written and verbal skills in English and French.
Flexibility for some traveling up to 30%.
