Overview

Conseiller Acquisition de Talents role at Groupe Robert. Responsible for the attraction and selection strategies for professionals across divisions, including specialized distribution centers in food, aerospace, and automotive; general and specialized transportation divisions; and the head office. You may also support colleagues for specialized roles as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for professional roles across multiple divisions.
  • Coordinate attraction and selection processes for professionals in our distribution centers and transportation divisions.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and candidates to build relationships and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to promote opportunities and identify talent.
  • Provide support to colleagues for specialized roles when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, or related field / relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bilingualism.
