Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, STEM, Science.
• 3 years + of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of formal people leadership experience.
• Experience leading at least 10+ direct reports.
• Experience supervising manufacturing operators or production teams.
• Background within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, including: Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial Manufacturing.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and cost objectives are achieved while leading a team of 30+ production employees across multiple shifts.

The successful candidate will be a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment and can effectively manage operational performance, employee engagement, process improvements, and cross-functional partnerships with Quality, Maintenance, and other production groups.

The Supervisor, Production Operations is responsible for all aspects of a designated manufacturing business unit, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, cGMP requirements, SOPs, and company policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
