Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Conference Centre Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Liaises and work closely with client business partners to identify their event/meeting needs
  • Coordinate, monitor and book meeting spaces through an online booking tool
  • Review event requirements such as room capacities, layout, event flow and food/beverage requirements offering. Schedule site tours if necessary
  • Ensure each event coordinator understands protocols and the booking process
  • Work with preferred caterers to place and finalize orders
  • Prepare daily and weekly event schedules
  • Conduct team meetings to review upcoming event details or communicate last minute changes
  • Act to provide solutions and resolve problems to ensure service is never compromised
  • Provide regular feedback to Hospitality Experience Managers communicating any issues/incidents that require escalation
  • Prepare various reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Work closely with Planners if meetings require confidentiality, security, and fine details.
  • Provide an exemplary professional level of customer service to greet executives, clients and external clients
  • Other project/initiatives as assigned
