FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Portfolio Condominium Manager for the Halton Region. You will lead property management across a book of communities, ensuring adherence to service standards and budgetary controls.
Role requires a General License in good standing, an RCM or similar designation, and 5+ years in condominium management; a Bachelor’s in Business is preferred. Travel to head office is required; compensation is $75,000–$80,000 CAD plus benefits.

The Property Manager will perform functions ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.
Travel to head office is required.
Compensation for this role is $75,000 to 80,000 + benefits
