Job description

📍 Location: Choa Chu Kang

⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm (Lunch 12-1pm), Sat: 9:00am – 12:00pm

💼 Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage daily maintenance, cyclical works, and overall MCST operations.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance, monitor equipment efficiency, lifespan, and warranties.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, authorities for repairs, installation, and refurbishing works.
  • Assist in preparing specifications, tendering, and supervising contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Fire Safety, House Rules).
  • Develop SOPs or emergency procedures for staff and service providers.
  • Handle administrative duties, including meeting minutes, records, correspondence, and complaints.
  • Manage arrears by subsidiary proprietors and assist in legal action if necessary.
  • Lead and supervise the onsite team and service providers.
  • Conduct daily inspections of common areas and report issues promptly.
  • Update the Council regularly and respond promptly to residents’ concerns.

  • Diploma or Degree in Building Management or relevant work experience.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and good service attitude.
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.
  • Willing to work beyond normal hours during emergencies, weekends, or public holidays (off‑in‑lieu provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and WhatsApp. li>
  • Experience with mechanical/electrical systems is a plus.
