A leading mining company in Northwest Territories is seeking a Process Plant Maintenance professional to support reliability and maintenance operations at the Gahcho Kué Mine Site. The candidate will employ advanced techniques for condition monitoring and ensure safety and equipment reliability. Ideal for those with valid Millwright Certification and experience in maintenance techniques, this role offers a 2-weeks on/2-weeks off rotation along with competitive compensation and benefits.
De Beers Group has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to support the Process Plant Maintenance and Reliability team at the Gahcho Kué Mine Site based in the Northwest Territories. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the maintenance of Gahcho Kué’s Process Plant equipment by employing the use of Condition Monitoring Analysis in improving equipment reliability performance by providing predictive techniques to the maintenance department to eliminate or mitigate the effects of equipment failure and at the same time preserving the functionality of the equipment in a cost effective manner while ensuring that all safety, environmental, and legal requirements are met. This position will also require the employee to fulfil aspects of the millwright artisan role, and from time to time may be called upon to work in that capacity. The ideal candidate is one who is committed to safe work practices and strives for zero harm.
Reporting to the Reliability Superintendent - Fixed Plant, the role is part of the Process Mechanical Maintenance & Reliability team within the Engineering and Site Services department. This is a site-based position with a 2-weeks on/2-weeks off rotation.
