Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Foreman to lead the installation crew in Edmonton, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and work order; assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Ensures all final documentation is completed accurately and given to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• Regularly reports to work on time as an essential function of the role.
