Job summary

Wintec Building Services is seeking reliable and experienced Concrete Construction Workers to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. This role focuses on concrete finishing, forming/framing, and general labour across projects, with attention to safety and quality workmanship.

Applicants should have hands-on construction experience, ability to follow directions, and a strong work ethic. Pay is CAD 21.03–35.93 per hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction experience; able to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Bull floating/hand troweling experience is a plus for finishing roles.
• Experience reading grades/elevations and working with forms.
• Physically demanding work, outdoor duties, and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, including bull floating and hand troweling.
• Assist with forming/framing of concrete structures per specifications.
• Read grades/elevations to aid accurate placement and layout.
• Perform general concrete labour such as shoveling, placing, and leveling materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
