Concrete Foreman – Lead a Skilled Crew & Build Something That Lasts! Location : Dartmouth, NS

Pay Rate: $27 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring a hardworking crew, ensuring every project runs smoothly
  • Prepping job sites, including demolition, grading, excavation, and compaction
  • Building and setting up concrete forms to precise specifications
  • Pouring and finishing concrete – forming and finishing skills are a must
  • Operating equipment such as tampers, cut-off saws, and skid steers
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and other teams to get the job done right
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans to execute top-notch work
What We’re Looking For
  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on concrete experience
  • A valid Class 5 license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • A team player with great organizational and time management skills
  • Someone who can handle the physical demands – lifting 50+lbs, standing, walking, and bending for long hours
  • A pro who’s ready to take on a variety of tasks – no two days are the same
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
