Job summary

N.P.A. (Wapiti Gravel Suppliers), a division of N.P.A., is hiring Concrete Labourers for the 2026 construction season. The role involves assisting a concrete finishing crew, preparing sites, and handling materials under supervision.

Reporting to the foreman or superintendent, you will work outdoors, endure weather conditions, and follow safety and ethics guidelines to support concrete construction projects across Western Canada.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Class 5 Drivers License preferred.
• Experience with concrete finishing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job site for pouring concrete by removing obstacles or debris.
• Load, unload and move construction materials around the worksite.
• Assist in setting up forms and molds for concrete.
• Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and machines.
• Clean forms, molds and tools as required.
• Promote and adhere to the company’s safety program and ethics.
