Responsibilities

• Welcome, check identification, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents and provide first aid.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

Responsibilities for Lobby Ambassador Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Lobby Ambassador Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification( Intermediate or OFA2) is required
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
