Overview

We are looking for dedicated and dynamic travel advisors to join our team. As a Concierge Advisor, your role extends beyond simply arranging tours. Your primary task is to work closely with your customers to deliberately design travel experiences that meet the unique needs of each individual traveller. Your expertise lies in crafting an approach that combines creativity with a deep understanding of your clients' preferences, ensuring that each travel journey is a memorable experience on every level. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of global destinations and key travel products.

Responsibilities
  • Availability & Responsiveness: Regular engagement with travelers during booking and travel to ensure a luxury client experience.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to build a repeat customer base. Regularly follow up to ensure satisfaction and to encourage future bookings.
  • Ownership & Flexibility: Manage your own schedule with autonomy, balancing client needs with personal time. Maintain flexibility to meet customer demands while ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other sales teams and departments to enhance the customer experience and increase repeat sales. Share insights and feedback to continually improve processes and offerings.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address issues that could hinder customer satisfaction. Resolve conflicts or concerns to ensure clients remain satisfied and loyal.
  • Geographical Knowledge & Travel Experience: Leverage personal travel experience and knowledge of global destinations to provide informed recommendations on key products such as hotels, venues, and restaurants.
  • Sales Expertise: Use sales skills to recommend the best travel options, upsell services, and collaborate with team members to create personalized travel packages that align with clients’ unique preferences and needs.
