  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Artist to ensure consistency and quality across the visual direction.
  • Incorporate technical and production constraints from the concept stage to propose visual solutions that are feasible and appropriate for the project.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, art reviews, critiques, and production meetings.
  • Effectively present and communicate ideas, references, and visual intentions to the Art, Design, and Production teams.
  • Identify potential artistic or production challenges and propose appropriate solutions independently or in collaboration with relevant team members.
  • Manage priorities and meet production deadlines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to evolving project needs and production priorities.
  • When needed, contribute to storyboards or other visual materials used to communicate a sequence, experience, or gameplay intention.

  • Ability to develop characters, environments, props, and/or architectural elements.
  • Excellent command of artistic fundamentals, including composition, perspective, shape, value, color, lighting, and anatomy.
  • Ability to rapidly explore multiple ideas and translate a direction or brief into clear and effective concepts.
  • Ability to work across different artistic styles and adapt your approach to an established visual direction surrounding a franchise.
