Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of IT projects (infrastructure, telephony, modernization, corporate development)
- Develop detailed project plans including resources, timelines, risks, and budgets
- Coordinate between IT teams and business units, ensuring clear and proactive communication
- Support the implementation of project management structures and best practices within IT
- Oversee transitions between development and operations teams to ensure solution stability
- Provide clear, regular progress reports to senior management
- Manage project budgets (hardware, software, consulting services, internal efforts) and optimize resource utilization
Profile
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong command of project management practices (planning, risk, budget, communication)
- Comfortable managing both infrastructure and software development projects
- Knowledge of project management tools (Excel, MS Project, add-ons, internal templates)
- Team-oriented mindset, rigor, strong leadership, and effective communication skills
- Fluent in French, functional English for external partner interactions
