Job summary

Hunter Amenities is seeking a Compounding team member in Burlington, Ontario to maintain efficient production and deliver quality products in a GMP-compliant environment. You will plan equipment needs, train junior staff, and optimize batch output.

The role requires 3+ years of compounding experience; a B.Sc. in Sciences is desirable but not required. Afternoon shift 2:30pm–10:45pm, pay $24.59/hr in CAD. Join a global, fast-growing team focused on excellence.

• Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long term scheduling objectives.
• Assist in developing more junior staff through training.
• Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch.
• Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
• Follow SOP’s in compliance with government GMP’s and corporate objectives.
• Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.
• Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches.

As a key member of the Compounding team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.
Pay: $24.59/hr
Timing: Afternoon Shift 2:30pm – 10:45pm
