• Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging resources.
• Conduct assessments in compliance subject areas.
• Deliver compliance training at all levels.
• Analyze data to identify program execution gaps.
• Participate in regulatory visits and resolutions.
• Manage the hourly associate accident file process.
• Foster 2-way communication with Store Management.
• Conduct safety walks and inspections.
