To support our growing business, Pinnacle is seeking outstanding candidates for the role of Compliance Manager to join our Risk & Compliance Team.

Job description

As a Compliance Manager at Pinnacle Fund Services, you will support the VP of Risk & Compliance by responding to day-to-day compliance inquiries from the business and providing practical, policy-aligned guidance in line with regulatory expectations. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and maintaining required regulatory filings and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. • Assist the VP of Risk & Compliance in managing incoming compliance inquiries from the business, researching questions, documenting responses, and coordinating the next steps.
  • Prepare and support regulatory filings (including collecting required information, drafting responses, and maintaining submission evidence), and track filing calendars/deadlines.
  • Respond to client and investor due diligence queries.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready compliance records (filings, correspondence, approvals, and supporting documentation).
