  • Coordinate SOX testing cycles across Operations, Finance, and IT, including documentation, issue tracking, and audit support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Assist in managing operational risk through data synthesis, reporting, and process reviews.
  • Contribute to strategic compliance initiatives and support market conduct exams, filings, and privacy-related matters as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, operations, Risk, or related financial services roles.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting/coordinating audits, TPA oversight, or internal controls (SOX or similar frameworks).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience with TPA governance in a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance frameworks and audit coordination.
