Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst to monitor business practices and ensure regulatory adherence across the organization. The role emphasizes collaboration, analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions when needed.

The position requires at least 3 years in financial services, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, advanced French, and a strong ability to communicate and report findings clearly to French-speaking partners.

Qualifications

  • Advanced French language skills for verbal and written communication.

  • Analyze and prepare recommendation reports for compliance.
  • Collaborate on advisor reviews and propose corrective actions.
  • Support various business lines by analyzing compliance requirements for financial products and services.

What you’ll accomplish with us
  • Conduct reviews related to the business practices of independent advisors.
  • Perform analyses and prepare recommendation reports.
  • Collaborate on reviews of advisors' business practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Support various business lines and partners by conducting analyses and assessments related to compliance requirements applicable to the distribution and manufacturing of financial products and services.
  • Participate in compliance department projects where your expertise is required.

  • Has a solid understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the distribution of financial products, including those established by the AMF and other regulatory bodies.
  • Possesses an advanced level of French, as the individual will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing with French‑speaking partners on a regular basis.
