Job summary

Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club (KNSC) is expanding its Technical Division and seeking motivated coaches for Development and Competitive programs.

Join a community club committed to player progression, where you will deliver age-appropriate training, coach assignments, and contribute to a culture of professionalism and technical excellence.

Immediate start based on team assignment; must attend training sessions, meetings, and complete Safe Sport training and Vulnerable Sector Screening as required.

Qualifications

  • Ontario Soccer Diploma and/or Canada Soccer C Diploma preferred.
  • Higher Canada Soccer/Concacaf or international coaching qualifications are an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of development/competitive youth coaching experience preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge, leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing coach education and player development.
  • Required Safe Sport training and Vulnerable Sector Screening must be maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age appropriate training aligned with the KNSC Technical Curriculum and Canada
  • Coach assigned team(s) throughout the Indoor and Outdoor seasons, including training and games.
  • Create a positive, challenging and player-centred development environment.
  • Evaluate players and actively manage team rosters in collaboration with the Technical Division.
  • Complete player assessments as required.
  • Maintain professional communication with players and parents.
  • Attend KNSC technical meetings, coach education and professional-development sessions.
  • Participate in opportunities associated with the U.S. Sassuolo Calcio, Generazione S project.
  • Maintain and promote KNSC’s standards of professionalism, integrity, respect and a club first philosophy.

Due to unprecedented growth, KNSC is expanding its Technical Division and seeking highly motivated,

professional and passionate coaches for our Development and Competitive programs.

KNSC is a growing, community based soccer club committed to player development, coach development

and technical excellence.

KNSC is also proud to be the first international soccer club outside of Italy accepted into U.S.

education and the exchange of player development methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
