What you will accomplish with us

As a compensation specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by email or phone to the sales team or distribution networks regarding advisor compensation.
  • Analyze, process, and provide the necessary explanations for complex situations and propose clear and precise solutions.
  • Act as a reference for the sales team to clearly explain compensation rules and various bonuses.
  • Use multiple computer systems on a daily basis to process requests, make changes to files, and follow up on them.
  • Identify and report unusual situations and work with the team to find effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities for professional development (mentoring, presentations, special projects, etc.).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a university degree in business administration or a related field. A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent will also be considered.
  • Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or compensation role.
  • Is recognized for their excellent ability to analyze and structure information.
  • Stands out for their transparency and high sense of quality.
  • Demonstrates great rigor and attention to detail.
  • Is recognized for their collaborative spirit and openness to asking questions.
  • Advanced knowledge of French and English, as the person will be required to communicate with colleagues and internal clients across Canada on a daily basis.
