COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

Our Compensation Specialists support both bargaining unit and exempt roles. As a subject matter expert, you will support the design of our compensation programs, from shaping, facilitating, and explaining the job evaluation process to conducting compensation analyses, to developing reports and tools that support data informed decision making.
