A leading staffing agency in Canada is seeking a (Senior) Compensation Manager to manage compensation strategies and assessments. This position offers a salary of $100,000–$135,000 with comprehensive benefits, a pension plan, and flexible remote work options. The ideal candidate should have exceptional Excel and analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate compensation strategies within a collaborative team environment.
Salary up to 100,000-135,000, terrific bonus, full benefits on day one, great pension plan, 3-4 weeks of vacation and personal days! This role can be fully remote or you can go into the office. The office is a 5 minute walk from Union Station.

The Compensation Manager will be a true partner to the business by providing guidance/reports to the client groups during year-end.
