The Compensation Manager will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of AMD’s global compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy and overall strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with HR team members and business leaders, this role plays a key part in ensuring pay programs attract and retain top talent, reinforce AMD’s values, and drive a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate is an experienced compensation professional with a proven ability to support global initiatives and resolve complex issues with creativity and precision.
