  • Create dynamic compensation models and dashboards, analyze data, and recommend solutions based on insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts from other teams to address evolving business needs.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, leaders, internal and external partners with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and integrity.
  • Develop policies and processes that support innovation and growth while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk; memorialize key decisions and add them to the compensation repository.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to understand operational issues and opportunities and create automated solutions to scale.

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.

  • Experience with market pricing, survey participation, and accessing survey data from providers.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR products and services and awareness of HR strategy around talent identification, attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.
  • Owner mindset, innovative thinking, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Laser‑focus on quality of deliverable and customer solution.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity.
Desired
  • Prior experience in an R&D compensation consulting role.
  • Prior experience with PAVE, Compa, or other compensation tools.
