Compensation & Job Evaluation Analyst

As a Compensation & Job Evaluation Analyst, you will support the development and implementation of job classifications as well as maintenance of the current compensation program. You will work closely with HR teams and department managers to ensure roles are accurately classified and evaluated to ensure fair and competitive compensation structures. Additionally, you will assist the compensation team by helping to classify and evaluate positions during the recruitment and promotion processes.
