• To clean Resident's apartments and common areas, including furniture, fixtures, walls and floors.
• To operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment.
• To strip, scrub, spray, and buff carpet and floor surfaces.
• To adhere to residence safety rules and policies; maintain documentation as required.
